There are some simple steps to pre-register your visit to the DTEK Odesa Grids Customer Service Center online:
- Go to the DTEK Odesa Grids website;
- Then go to the section “Contact information of customer service centers”;
- Choose a convenient CSC and click "Pre-register your visit";
- Fill out a special form, choosing the date and time convenient for your visit;
- Click "Send";
- Get a confirmation by e-mail;
