DTEK Grids DSO have already paid 926 million hryvnias of taxes in 2025

From January to March 2025, DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators transferred 180 million hryvnas to the budgets of Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk regions, and the capital, and 746 million hryvnias – jointly to the central budget. The government uses taxes paid to the local and state budgets to finance recovery of houses, damaged by enemy attacks, reconstruction of schools and hospitals, construction of shelters, waterworks, traffic junctions and other critically important infrastructure facilities.

Despite the challenges of war, our Distribution System Operators fulfil all their obligations to the customers and state, paying all taxes, in particular. In 2024, DTEK Grids DSO transferred 5.2 billion hryvnias to local and state budgets. To support normal life of Ukrainians, we also continue to develop the electrical infrastructure of the regions of presence and gradually upgrade it. This year, DSO will invest a total of 4.4 billion hryvnias for these purposes, noted Alina Bondarenko, CEO at DTEK Grids.

In 2025, DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators plan to upgrade and reconstruct nearly 195 power facilities and over 240 km of power lines.
