Convenient remote services offered by DTEK Odesa Grids to report meter readings

Thermal power generation30 November 2021
DTEK Odesa Grids reminds customers of the need to submit meter readings to ensure that their electricity bills contain accurate data. There are four online tools for this. Using them, customers can submit data on consumed electricity quickly.

To ensure the accurate electricity bills, the meter readings should be submitted between the 30th of the current month to the 3rd of the next. The electricity supplier generates bills based on the data reported by the customer and processed by the Distribution System Operator. If a customer does not submit his meter readings on time, then he will be charged based on the average daily consumption.

“DTEK strives to become the standard of customer focus. Our company has created convenient remote and online services to submit meter readings. You can do this online using a smartphone and the Internet in less than a minute. This is convenient and essential especially in the pandemic. Stay at home, take care of your health, family and friends,” says Oleksandr Fomenko, Head of DTEK Odesa Grids.

In general, the following services to submit the electricity readings are available in the company:

  • Viber and Telegram chatbot;
  • Online account on the DTEK Odesa Grids website;
  • Automatic IVR menu of the call center at (048) 705 90 90, (068) 750 90 90, (095) 750 90 90, (073) 750 90 90;
  • Line of Light mobile application;

As previously reported, all DTEK Odesa Grids Customer Service Centers in Odesa and the region provide services remotely during the red zone lockdown. We do not accept customers in-person until the situation gets better in the region. At the same time, the company has special boxes for correspondence on the facades of all customer service centers if customers have issues requiring a personal visit. Such letters are taken out twice a day and a response to them is provided within the time established by law.
