Mariupol Customer Service Center of DTEK Donetsk Grids launched a new service for customers. To reduce wait times, visitors can now use a queue management system when they need to visit the center and get consultation on power supply. All they need to do is to book a spot in a queue at their convenience.
Mariupol Customer Service Center introduces a queue management system

We are consistently working to improve customer service: we introduce useful products, and ensure that our services are of European quality. An electronic queue is simple, convenient, and most importantly, it saves our customers' time”, - says Yelena Senko, Customer Service Department Head of DTEK Donetsk Grids.

DTEK Donetsk Grids take care of customers and employees, and create comfortable and safe conditions for our interaction. During the quarantine, the Mariupol Customer Service Center is open by appointment as required by the Ministry of Health. The client chooses a suitable day, time and indicates the purpose of a visit. An administrator meets him at a set time in the center, and helps to choose an option on the terminal. Then, as per the ticket number, he is invited to a consultant.

At the same time, the company encourages customers to make the most of the DTEK Donetsk Grids remote services during the quarantine, the list of which is expanding.

You can use remote services:

  • On the Company’s website www.dtek-dem.com.ua;

  • By calling to +38 (096) 450 0 473; +38 (099) 450 0 473;

(0629)450 473;

  • By visiting the DTEK Donetsk Grids Facebook page.

Having received your request through any of the communication channels, our employees will give you advice on how to request and receive the service.

A brief video instruction on how to find your address in the list of emergency / planned outages on the company's website can be found here.

Save your time, peace of mind and mind your health!
