Over the course of two days, DTEK restored power to residents of 17 settlements in the Donetsk region

On April 12 and 13, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored power to residents of 17 settlements in the Donetsk region, left without electricity due to hostilities. Service was restored to over 6,000 families. Energy workers cooperate with the AFU and continue performing emergency and restoration activities in the region, once the crews are enabled to safely perform them.

Over the course of two days, energy workers have restored power to 17 settlements in Pokrovsk, Kramatorsk and Bakhmut districts of the Donetsk region. Service was restored to 6,048 families

190 settlements in the Donetsk region remain without electricity. The most difficult situation is in Avdiivka, Marinka, Toretsk and Bakhmut directions, where grids and substations are being constantly damaged due to active military activities. Company’s specialists are waiting for the permit from the Armed Forces in order to perform repair of lines.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 50 days in a row and are doing everything possible in order to promptly restore power to settlements, affected by hostilities.
