Electricity restored to 17,300 homes: DTEK Donetsk Grids continues repairs of the grids

Despite constant danger, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, were able to conduct a number of repairs and restore electricity to 17,300 homes in the frontline region. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the region once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for work performance.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to a number of power facilities, affected by constant shelling of the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 17,360 homes.

Shelling of the Donetsk region is ongoing and continues to destroy grids and equipment. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,198 days now and repairing equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
