“Despite all challenges of wartime, we faithfully fulfil our obligations to the state — paying all taxes in full scope, in particular. This is our contribution to development and protection of the region and the country. In 2024, the company paid over 1.3 billion hryvnias of taxes. At the same time, we continue to develop and upgrade the electrical infrastructure of the region. This year, we will allocate a total of over a billion hryvnias for these purposes. We are doing everything possible to ensure stable and comfortable life for the residents of the region,” – stated Vitalii Shaida, CEO at DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids.
As previously reported, the company repaired and modernized over 9,500 kilometers of the overhead power lines, upgraded almost 2,000 power facilities, performed 852 repairs of cable lines and cleared over 4,000 kilometers of routes from brushwood, as part of preparation to the autumn-winter period. Thanks to these large-scale activities, it was possible to successfully go through the autumn-winter period and ensure reliable power supply to the residents of the Kyiv region.
