80% of electronic document flow: DTEK Grids received an award from “Vchasno” for digitalization in the DSO

DTEK Grids Operating Holding has won the “Driver of Digital Changes” award from the service of digital solutions for business “Vchasno” for achievements related to introduction of electronic document flow with the counterparties by its distribution system operators. Today, cooperation with more than 7,400 counterparties has been transferred online – this is a total of over 80% of the contractual documentation in the DSO.
80% of electronic document flow: DTEK Grids received an award from “Vchasno” for digitalization in the DSO

Last year, DTEK Grids Distribution System Operators completed an electronic document flow implementation project that lasted since July 2022. Currently, 80% of the contractual documentation and 82% of primary documents are being signed and processed online only. In order to achieve this result, DSO conducted training of specialists, provided internal technical support to the users, carried out communication with counterparties about advantages of working in Vchasno.

“In 2024, DTEK Grids DSO made a real breakthrough in digitalization of the document flow just a year before Vchasno.EDO, we have engaged 6,534 counterparties, while the total number of partners, transferred online, reached an impressive figure of 7,477. And we are proud that these figures are one of the best at the state level,” – commented Marharyta Zhukova, head of the operating technologies department at DTEK Grids.

Due to the integration of the “Vchasno” service, DSO managed to optimize key processes in the area of reporting, procurements and interaction with counterparties, reduce paper and printing costs, speed up approval and processing of documents, improve interaction with internal divisions and external partners. Sending and receiving agreements, acts or invoices takes a matter of seconds, while signing – several minutes thanks to the electronic digital signature (EDS).

“Vchasno” provides Ukrainian businesses with services of electronic documents instant exchange. It is the second such award for DTEK Grids. It celebrates companies that actively implement digital services, demolish obsolete processes and guide the business in the digital direction.
