DTEK Dnipro Grids continues digitalization of services for the maximum comfort of its customers. Currently, 80% of company’s services for businesses, utility companies, other legal entities are available online, without the need to visit the service center.
The energy company provides an opportunity to its legal customers (businesses, state-financed organizations, utility companies, housing cooperatives, gardening associations, etc.) to get services and products without being distracted from their own affairs. 80% of issues can now be resolved via DTEK Dnipro Grids website.- You can submit electricity restoration request and check its status in section “No electricity?”.
- Submit meter readings, receive invoices and view consumption history – via the link.
- Order meter maintenance services, submit grids connection request, conclude or amend electricity distribution agreement – in the online personal user account.
