For prompt restoration of electricity after enemy attacks, the honorary certificates of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Odesa District Military Administration, Odesa City Council and Chornomorsk City Council were awarded to 87 energy workers, including specialists of lines repair and operation center, relay protection maintenance center, substations repair and operation center, technical connections implementation division, distribution girds repair and operations center, vehicles operation division, equipment repair division, overload protection and insulation center.

“Today, energy workers are working as a single coordinated mechanism. After each enemy attack, you make titanic effort to promptly restore power supply to hospitals, boiler houses, water utility facilities and people’s homes. Your work is extremely important and colossal. On behalf of the entire Odesa community, I would like to thank every one of you,” – underscored deputy head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Anton Shalyhailo.

Energy workers continue to resist the enemy’s energy terror. In March alone, the strikes caused major destruction of 6 DTEK Odesa Grids power facilities. The specialists promptly brought the equipment back to the operating condition and restored electricity to hospitals, boiler houses, water utility facilities and people’s homes.

“Our energy workers are an example of tenacity, courage and endurance. The specialists pay their own extra efforts to restore electricity to towns and villages in order to ensure normal life of our customers. We are ready to keep standing guard of the light for the sake of Ukrainians and our victory,” – underscored DTEK Odesa Grids.

Let us remind that, DTEK Odesa Grids specialists received honorary certificates from the Pivdenne City Council for restoring electricity to more than 10,000 homes and critical infrastructure facilities after attacks. Every day, energy workers make every effort to provide customers with reliable and uninterrupted power supply, in spite of enemy attacks.
