Automatic reminder about readings submission is available in the DTEK Dnipro Grids chatbot

It is important to submit readings exactly during the last 2 days of the current month and until the 3rd day of the next one inclusively. This way you will be able to avoid discrepancies in charging and receive bills only for what you have actually consumed. We send a reminder to all users of DTEK Dnipro Girds chatbot during the period of readings submission, so they do not miss these dates. 

Thanks to the company’s chatbot, you can submit meter readings in a few clicks, while not contacting our specialists. To do that, please: 

• enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of Viber or Telegram chatbot; 

• share your telephone number (for unauthorized customers); 

• add your user account (if you submit readings on behalf of your relatives – you can add several accounts) 

• select “Submit Meter Readings” in the menu and follow chatbot prompts to submit information.
