DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to almost 16,000 families over the course of two days
Over the course of two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore electricity to 13 settlements, thus restoring access to power supply for 18,858 families.
Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy continues to concentrate main efforts on Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka directions. Shelling of the region continues. In particular, the enemy launched 10 air strikes on Avdiivka alone over the course of the day.
Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 109 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
