DTEK Donetsk Grids managed to restore electricity to more than 5,000 families over the course of the day

Over the course of the day, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews have completely or partially restored electricity to 23 settlements, thus restoring power to 5,639 families in the frontline Donetsk region. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of active hostilities. Shelling, missile and air strikes continue. Hostilities in the Donetsk region constantly damage grids and equipment. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 625 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. More than 60 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
