DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 54,600 homes yesterday

On September 3, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists were able to completely or partially restore power to 183 settlements, de-energized by constant enemy shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of more than 54,600 families of local residents. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the region once it becomes possible and the military provides permission for work performance.

Heavy fighting is ongoing in the Donetsk region. Despite all difficulties, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency crews managed to conduct repairs in 183 settlements of the region yesterday, thus restoring power to 54,650 families, whose homes were de-energized due to the shelling. 

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,289 days in a row and continue restoration once the situation and the military permit. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
