DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 102,600 families after the massive night attack
Last night, the enemy once again attacked the energy infrastructure of the Dnipropetrovsk region. At about midnight and at 1:00 a.m., russian strikes caused power outage for over 100,000 homes in three districts of the region. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists commenced restoration activities once the security situation allowed. By 4:25 a.m., electricity was restored to all critical facilities and to the majority of the consumers, left without power supply due to the night attack.
Over the course of the day, energy workers restored electricity to a total of 102,571 homes in 102 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
As of the morning of October 15, another 12,600 homes remain without electricity – energy workers continue to work to restore power supply to all residents as soon as possible.
Emergency crews commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
