DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to more than 6,000 families after shelling

On October 3, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews restored power to more than 6,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region, affected by constant shelling of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from shelling that regularly damages grids and leaves residents of the region without electricity.  

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore power to homes of 6,177 families in 5 settlements of the region. Emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES. 

Nearly 140 homes currently remain without electricity. Energy workers are working to energize them as soon as possible.
