DTEK Dnipro Grids brings back light: energy workers restored power supply to 165,500 homes in June

Over the first month of summer, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews restored power to 165,500 homes of residents of the region that were left without electricity due to the shelling. Specialists commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The enemy continues systematic shelling of the Dnipropetrovsk region. In June, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 165,536 families in the region, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy attacks. Last week alone, electricity has been restored to 13,400 homes. 

Emergency crews commence repairs of the grid after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, energy workers have restored electricity to a total of more than 4.2 mln households in the Dnipropetrovsk region*.
