DTEK Dnipro Grids makes submission of readings easier

Meter readings are to be submitted during the period from the last 2 days of the current month until the 3rd day of the next one. After that, the Distribution System Operator provides volume of electricity consumed by you to the electricity supplier for billing. If you submit meter readings on the 4th day of the month or later, then the legislation requires DSO to estimate data based on the average daily consumption of the similar period last year. 

Let us remind you about the three online services of DTEK Dnipro Grids that you can use to provide us with your meter’s data: 

• Viber and Telegram chatbot is the fastest and most convenient way. Enter “DTEK Dnipro Grids” in the search bar of your messenger, pass the verification procedure (for unauthorized customers) and select “Submit Meter Readings” in the menu. 

• There is a special web form on the DTEK Dnipro Grids website that does not require registration. 

• In addition to submission of readings, personal user account provides the history of previously submitted readings and consumption volumes. 

For your consumption volume to be the real and not the estimated one, please submit readings to us in time.
