DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to 1,600 families over the course of the day

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repaired grids damage, caused by enemy shelling, and restored power to homes of 1,600 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to be subjected to enemy shelling and missile strikes that regularly damage grids, leaving residents of the region without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES. 

On October 25, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids, thus restoring electricity to homes of 1,634 families, whose homes were de-energized due to enemy shelling. Energy workers continue to work on restoration of power supply to nearly 600 families.
