Bad weather has come to the Donetsk region: fallen trees damaged a large number of grids, while sometimes deep snow prevented access for the machinery. Despite all difficulties, energy workers have already managed to restore power to 16 settlements of the region, thus restoring electricity to more than 10,000 families.
