DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 5,500 homes over the course of two days

Despite all security challenges of the region, where constant hostilities are ongoing, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to restore electricity to 5,500 homes in the Donetsk region yesterday and the day before yesterday. Specialists of the energy company are doing everything possible to restore power supply in the region once it becomes possible and the military provide permission for work performance.

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 2 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 5,534 homes of local residents.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,211 days now and repairing equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible. Work of the energy workers still remains dangerous: according to the head of the region Vadym Filashkin, the enemy shelled settlements of the region 28 times yesterday alone.
