DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 82,900 homes over the course of the week

Despite the ongoing heavy fighting in the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to completely or partially restore power to residents of 27 settlements last week, thus restoring access to electricity for 82,891 families in the Donetsk region.  

Including the weekend, when energy workers managed to restore power to 12,800 homes in 10 settlements of the frontline region. 

Donetsk region remains an arena of the most active hostilities. Damage of the energy infrastructure continues. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region immediately after obtaining permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

Work in the Donetsk region becomes more and more dangerous. Nevertheless, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,202 days and repairing equipment and lines immediately once it becomes possible.
