DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to 3,500 homes over the course of the day
On July 19, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, gained access to a number of damages, repaired it and restored power to 5 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 3,560 families.
Donetsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling, drones, missiles and air strikes that destroy towns and villages of the region, including power facilities. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 877 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
