DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to homes of more than 7,000 families

Shelling of the Donetsk region did not subside on March 28. Despite all difficulties, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, were able to restore power to 25 settlements, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring power to more than 7,000 families. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the Donetsk region once it becomes possible.

Yesterday, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to repair the grids in order to restore power to 25 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 7,110 families.

The situation in the Donetsk region remains difficult. Constant shelling continues to destroy the energy system. Specialists of the energy company do not always have access to the work sites due to the security situation in the region. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 765 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
