DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to 8,000 homes over the course of two days

On January 29 and 30, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, were able to conduct repairs of a number of damages, caused by shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of 8,000 families. Specialists of the energy company commence restoration activities immediately once the shelling subsides and the military provide permission for work performance.

Despite constant danger, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews continue to restore power supply in the Donetsk region. In particular, they managed to restore electricity to residents of six settlements over the past two days, thus restoring power to 8,035 homes. 

The enemy continues to shell the Donetsk region, attack it with drones, missiles and air bombs. Damage of the energy infrastructure of the region is ongoing too. DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists continue repairs once the situation and the military allow and have been working non-stop for 1,073 days now. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain permission for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
