DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to more than 5,000 families in 3 settlements over the course of a day

On May 9, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to completely or partially restore electricity to residents of 3 settlements, thus restoring access to power supply for more than 5,000 families. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity in the region where active hostilities are ongoing.

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have repaired a number of grids damages, thus restoring electricity to homes of residents of 3 settlements. Power has been restored to 5,322 families.

Donetsk region remains an arena of active fighting. According to the Ministry of Defense, yesterday the enemy hit the towns of Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka and Kupiansk with 5 missiles.

Due to constant damage of grids and equipment by shelling, 112 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
