DTEK Donetsk Grids continues to repair the grids: electricity has been restored to more than 15,000 families in the Donetsk region

Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists, with the permission of the military, were able to conduct a number of repairs, thus restoring power to homes of more than 15,000 families in the Donetsk region. Despite shelling, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity once it becomes possible.

On December 7, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews managed to restore electricity to 15,483 families in the Donetsk region, whose homes were de-energized due to constant shelling.

Heavy fighting is underway in the Donetsk region. The head of the region Pavlo Kyrylenko informed that shelling continues at various areas of the front in the region.

Constant shelling continues to destroy electrical infrastructure of the region. 95 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
