DTEK Donetsk Grids has restored electricity to almost 6,000 families in the Donetsk region over the course of a day

On March 6, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews, with the permission of the military, were able to restore power to 20 settlements in the Donetsk region, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring electricity to homes of almost 6,000 families in the frontline region. Specialists of the energy company commence repairs once it becomes possible and the military provide a permit for work performance.

Despite active shelling of the region, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists have completely or partially restored electricity to 20 settlements, thus restoring access to power supply for 5,988 families over the course of a day.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy continues to concentrate on conducting offensive in Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtarsk directions, where more than 140 enemy attacks have been repelled over the course of a day.

Constant shelling continues to damage the energy infrastructure. 110 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
