DTEK Donetsk Grids restored electricity to more than 1,500 households

Over the past two days, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore power to 7 settlements in the Donetsk region, de-energized due to shelling, thus restoring electricity to more than 1,500 households. Specialists of the energy company put maximum effort to promptly restore electricity once the shelling subsides and the military provide a permit for work performance.

On October 19 and 20, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to completely or partially restore power to 7 settlements in the Donetsk region, thus restoring electricity to 1,564 households. Including, 2 settlements on October 19 and 5 settlements on October 20.

Hostilities are underway in the Donetsk region. According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy does not stop trying to attack at Avdiivka and Bakhmut directions. It continues shelling at Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka directions.

96 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to works there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
