DTEK Donetsk Grids restored power to more than 6,000 households in the Donetsk region over the course of a day
Over the course of a day, DTEK Donetsk Grids emergency and repair crews were able to completely or partially restore electricity to 3 settlements, thus restoring access to power supply for 6,404 households.
Donetsk region remains an arena of heavy fighting. According to the head of the region Pavlo Kyrylenko, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Vuhledar remain the hottest spots. The entire frontline is under constant shelling. Towns in relative rear suffer from strikes as well.
Due to constant shelling, 125 settlements remain without electricity, as specialists of the energy company do not have access to work there. Energy workers will definitely restore electricity to all residents of the region once they obtain a permit for work performance from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
