DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids continues to resume operation of Customer Service Centers in the Kyiv region

DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids resumed operation of six more Customer Service Center (CSC). In particular, offices in Borodianka, Irpin, Ivankiv, Makariv, Obukhiv and Fastiv. They will be operating from 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures applied. Customers will be able to get services that require personal visit to the specialists. The company also recommends using available and convenient remote communication channels and online services.

Despite the martial law in the country, DTEK Kyiv Regional Grids is doing everything possible to allow customers get all services, provided by the company, in a fast and convenient manner. For that purpose, the following convenient remote services are working in the company 24/7: Viber and Telegram chat bot, user account at the website, “Merezhi online” mobile application (available in AppStore and Google Play Market), automatic IVR menu of the call center – +38(044)4590740, (067)4957040, (099)4957040, (093)4957040, a standalone line for legal entities – (050)4957040.

For the customers, who need to personally visit CSC, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of the Customer Service Centers.

“We are doing everything to improve our services, become closer with customers and simplify their communication with the company. That is why we incorporate more and more services that allow remote solving of issues, associated with operation of the Distribution System Operator. For the customers, who need to visit CSC in person, we have opened six more service centers in Borodianka, Irpin, Ivankiv, Makariv, Obukhiv and Fastiv that were closed since the beginning of war. A total of 13 centers are now open in the region. Please, come, we are open and waiting for you,” — noted representative of the company.

Here, customers will be able to place requests and get services related to restoration of documents, lost by residents of the Kyiv region during hostilities, and solve issues related to agreements for electricity distribution to destroyed houses. Additionally, customers will be able to get services related to renewal of agreements, adjustment of meter readings and receipt of consumption reports from legal entities, as well as other services.

To ensure safety of the customers, employees of centers are informed about shelters nearby. In case of air alert, they will advise how to reach them quickly and stay safe.

Service centers are now open at the flowing addresses: 1a Zavodska in Borodianka; 2 2-yi Pivnichnyi Tupik in Irpin; 16-б Khomenko in Ivankiv; 1a Zavodskyi in Makariv; 32 Chumatskyi Shliakh in Obukhiv, and 27 Stupaka in Fastiv. Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. Addresses of open offices are available in the corresponding section at the company’s website or by calling the call center.

Let us recall that earlier CSC in Kyiv, Boryspil, Vyshneve, Bila Tserkva, Brovary, Vasylkiv and Vyshhorod have partially restored operation. Since resumption of Customer Service Centers (CSC) operation, they were visited by 4,500 residents of the region. The customers mostly came to the offices with the following requests: conclusion of distribution agreements, issues related to consumed electricity metering and connection of electrical meters. A total of 13 offices of the company are already operating in the Kyiv region.
