DTEK resumed operation of two more Customer Service Centers –in Marhanets and Verkhnodniprovsk

DTEK Dnipro Grids gradually resumes operation of the Customer Service Center (CSC) in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Two more offices opened on May 23 – in Marhanets and Verkhnodniprovsk. They will be operating from 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday without a break and with all security measures. Customers will be able to get services that require personal visit to the specialists.

Despite the martial law in the country, DTEK Dnipro Grids is doing everything possible to enable the customers to get all required services, provided by the company. For that purpose, convenient remote services are working 24/7.

For the customers, whose issues cannot be solved online or who urgently need help, Distribution System Operator has partially resumed operation of the Customer Service Centers.

In some cases the customers should visit office of the company in person. For example, when they need to restore lost documents for electricity distribution services, adjust meter readings, etc. To give such opportunity to as many residents of the region as possible, we have additionally opened 2 more CSC – in Marhanets and Verkhnodniprovsk,” – noted representative of the company.

Customer service centers are open at the following addresses: 2a Dniprovska, Marhanets and 41 Mostova, Verkhnodniprovsk.

Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday. Live queue, no prior appointment required.

For customers’ safety, DTEK Dnipro Grids employees are informed about nearby shelters. In case of an air alert they will advise how to get there fast to be safe from shelling.

Customer Service Centers have already resumed operation in 6 cities – Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianske, Nikopol, Novomoskovsk and Pavlohrad. Addresses of all open offices are available in the corresponding section at the company’s website or via a call to the contact center.
