The company follows all authorization procedures when working in the frontline area to ensure maximum safety of its employees. Work sites are explored by sappers and military, wherever it is required. And only after their permission, energy workers go for repairs. Specialists of DTEK Donetsk Grids are working in safety helmets and bulletproof vests

But the Donetsk region is one of the most dangerous areas in Ukraine. Here, the enemy does not stop attacking neither during the day nor during the night and uses artillery, which often does not give energy workers any time to move to safety.

Nevertheless, energy workers of the Donetsk region continue to work, often risking their lives to provide residents of the region with electricity.

In particular, on July 11 and 12, DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists managed to restore electricity to 14 settlements, thus restoring electricity to homes of 9,231 families.

DTEK Donetsk Grids specialists are working non-stop for 871 days in a row and repair equipment and lines once it becomes possible. Nearly 70 crews of the energy company are working daily on restorations in the region.
