DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored electricity to homes of almost 170,000 families in Pavlohrad and Synelnykove districts after yesterday’s massive enemy attacks. Yesterday, restoration activities resulted in complete or partial energization of 373 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity due to the russian strikes.

On November 6, the enemy intentionally attacked the energy infrastructure of Pavlohrad with drones, leaving hundreds of regions settlements without power supply ‒ namely the city of Pavlohradas well as Pavlohrad and Synelnykove districts.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists commenced work immediately after obtaining permission from the military and SES. Energy workers worked non-stop, day and night, eliminating consequences of repeated attacks.

In the morning of November 7, power supply was restored to all critical facilities (hospitals, water utilities, heat supply facilities) and to the majority of household consumers. In parallel, company’s crews were also repairing the grids in other districts of the region, affected by the attacks.

Energy workers of DTEK Dnipro Grids restored electricity to a total of 169,763 families in 373 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the day.

Over 37,000 families in the region still remain without electricity. Restoration activities in the frontline zone are complicated due to the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to site from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
