DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 4,600 families after shelling

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 3 settlements, hit by enemy attacks, thus restoring electricity to 4,600 de-energized families in the south of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The south of the Dnipropetrovsk region continues to be subjected to enemy shelling that regularly damages grids and leaves residents without electricity.

On April 24, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 4,642 families in 3 settlements, whose homes were de-energized due to shelling the day before. Emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.

Nearly 1,200 families in the south of the region remain without electricity after yesterday’s enemy attacks. The specialists are working to energize them as soon as possible.
