DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 15,000 homes, de-energized due to the shelling

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 13 settlements in the Dnipropetrovsk region, affected by hostilities. Despite constant danger, specialists are working tirelessly to repair the girds – upon approval of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide every town and village with electricity, required for the full-fledged life.

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists continue restoring electricity after the shelling. Over the course of the day, energy workers managed to restore power to homes of 15,324 families in 13 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region that were completely or partially de-energized. 

Currently, 8,600 homes in the region still remain without electricity.  

Restoration activities in the frontline zone are complicated due to the security situation. 

Despite the threats, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power supply to every home as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
