Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 9,000 families in 23 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without electricity due to enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for the normal life of the region’s residents.

Yesterday, at about 23:40, one of the russian strikes on the Dnipropetrovsk region caused total power outage in 17 settlements at once. Over 3,100 families were left without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews began restoring power supply once the security situation allowed. By the morning, energy workers restored electricity in 16 affected settlements and restored power to the majority of de-energized homes. Nearly 300 homes remain without electricity, they are to be restored by the end of the day.

Yesterday, specialists restored power to a total of 9,010 families in 23 settlements of the region that were left without electricity due to hostilities. Restoration activities are ongoing.

The Dnipropetrovsk region suffers daily shelling that damages the grids and causes new power outages in towns and villages. Despite the threats, energy workers are doing everything possible to restore electricity to every home as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
