DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers restored electricity to 29,000 families after enemy attacks

Over the course of two days, May 20 and 21, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power supply to 48 settlements that were de-energized due to the russian strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for the normal life of the region’s residents.

The enemy continues to attack Dnipropetrovsk region, causing power outages in residents’ homes.

Over the past two days, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 29,409 families in 48 towns and villages of the region that were left without electricity due to russian attacks.

In particular, specialists have already restored electricity to all settlements that remained de-energized due to recent drone attack on one of the power facilities in the frontline district.

More than 28,000 homes in the region currently remain without power supply. Work in the frontline districts is complicated by the security situation. Nevertheless, energy workers continue to work and are doing everything possible to restore electricity to every home as soon as possible. Emergency crews commence work immediately after obtaining permission from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Emergency Service.
