DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have completely restored power after yesterday enemy shelling. On December 28, electricity has been restored to 3,300 families in the south of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that frequently damages grids and leaves residents without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.

On December 28, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 3,300 families in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region, whose homes were de-energized during the day due to hostilities. Power supply in the affected settlements has been completely restored.

Yesterday missile attack on Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk region damaged 150-kV high-voltage line. The emergency occurred without de-energization of customers. All of them were transferred to backup power supply. DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists have already commenced repair and restoration activities. The situation with power supply in the region is now fully under control.

Additionally, damage of the pole caused de-energization of 0.4-kV line, leaving about 150 families in the regional capital without electricity. Energy workers plan to restore operation of the line and energize all homes by the end of the day.
