DTEK energy workers restored electricity to more than 2,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region after yesterday shelling

Over the course of the day, August 21, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to 3 settlements of the region after yet another enemy attacks, thus restoring electricity to more than 2,000 families, de-energized due to shelling. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The south of the Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from russian shelling. On August 21, artillery and kamikaze drones attack damaged grids facilities and de-energized homes of 2,253 families in 3 settlements. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers commenced repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Over the course of the day, electricity has been restored to all de-energized houses.
