DTEK energy workers restored electricity after shelling to 1,500 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power after recent enemy shelling. Yesterday, electricity has been restored to 1,500 families in the south of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer enemy shelling that regularly damages grids, leaving residents without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES.

On December 17, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 1,542 families in the south of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to hostilities.

Power supply in the affected districts is now fully restored.
