DTEK energy workers restored electricity after shelling to 1,800 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power supply to 2 settlements in the south of the region that were once again subjected to enemy attacks. Yesterday, electricity has been restored to more than 1,800 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The south of the Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer enemy shelling that regularly damages grids and leaves residents without electricity.  

On March 27, DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers managed to restore operation of the grids for 1,868 families in 2 settlements, whose homes were de-energized due to shelling the day before. Emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU. 

Power supply is now fully restored.
