DTEK energy workers restored power supply to 27,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region after enemy shelling

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to more than 27,000 families in the south of the region, de-energized due to rf’s strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

On July 6, the enemy again attacked the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones and artillery. One of the attacks damaged one of the power facilities and de-energized the entire town.

Once DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers obtained permission for work performance from the AFU and SES, they promptly carried out inspection and repair of equipment. In 3.5 hours, power supply has been restored to all residents. Over the course of the day, restoration activities have also been performed in other affected districts. Overall, electricity has been restored to 27,093 families over the course of the day.

Power supply in the region is now fully restored.
