DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to residents of Kryvyi Rih after russians’ drone strike that took place in the night of February 2. Electricity has been restored to homes of more than 103,000 families, de-energized due to the damage of one of the NPC Ukrenergo substations. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restore power supply immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of residents of the region.

In the night of February 2, russia conducted a new massive drone attack on the southern and central regions of Ukraine that damaged one of the NPC Ukrenergo substations, leaving more than 103,000 customers in the city of Kryvyi Rih without electricity.  

DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists did everything to promptly energize all customers via backup power circuits, wherever it was possible, until colleagues from NPC Ukrenergo got a chance to inspect the equipment. At 10:22, electricity has been restored to all 103,000 homes of Kryvyi Rih residents. 

Additionally, yesterday energy workers restored electricity to 1,400 homes in the south of the region that were de-energized due to shelling. 

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy attacks. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews are doing everything possible to eliminate damage as soon as possible. They commence work immediately after obtaining permission and access to the site of damages from the AFU and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
