DTEK energy workers restored power supply after shelling to more than 3,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to more than 3,000 families in 5 settlements, left without electricity due to enemy strikes. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

On July 16, the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region was again subjected to enemy artillery shelling and kamikaze drones strikes. Russian attacks damaged grid facilities and de-energized 3,174 families in 5 settlements of the region. 

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers began repairs immediately after obtaining permission from the AFU and SES. Over the course of the day, electricity has been restored to all de-energized houses.  

Power supply to the residents of the affected districts is now fully restored.
