DTEK energy workers restored power supply after shelling to 4 settlements in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored power to more than 1,600 homes, de-energized due to enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

On May 13, the occupant once again attacked Dnipropetrovsk region with artillery and kamikaze drones. The shelling caused damage to power lines and de-energization of 1,680 households in 4 settlements in the south of the region.

DTEK Dnipro Grids energy workers commenced emergency and restoration activities immediately after obtaining permission from SES and AFU. During the day, they managed to conduct repair of the overhead lines and energize all families, left without electricity.

Power supply in the affected districts is now fully restored.
