DTEK energy workers restored electricity to 23,000 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region after rf’s attacks

On August 31, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists repaired a number of lines and energy equipment, damaged by shelling. Over the course of the day, electricity has been restored to almost 23,000 homes in 3 settlements in the south of the region. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy attacks that regularly damage grids and leave residents of the region without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the aggressor, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are carried out immediately after obtaining permission for repairs from the AFU and SES. 

Yesterday, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 22,875 families in 3 settlements, whose homes were de-energized due to shelling the day before.  

Another 7,500 homes remain without electricity. Specialists are working to energize them as soon as possible.
