DTEK energy workers restored electricity to 1,700 families in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of two days

DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews have restored power to settlements of the region that were shelled the day before. Over the past two days, electricity has been restored to 1,700 families. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling that frequently damages grids and leaves residents of the region without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore electricity as soon as possible. The works are conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU. 

On November 10 and 11, DTEK energy workers managed to restore operation of grids for 1,758 families in the south of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to hostilities.  

Power supply is now fully restored to the affected settlements.
