From November 21 to 27, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency and restoration crews have restored electricity to homes of 4,400 families in 23 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, left without power due to shelling. Our specialists commence work immediately after obtaining a permit from the AFU and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

Dnipropetrovsk region keeps suffering from enemy shelling that frequently damages grids and leaves residents of the region without electricity. Despite constant threat from the aggressor, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists continue to promptly repair lines, damaged by shelling, and restore electricity to residents of the region.

Energy workers conduct work immediately after obtaining a permit from AFU and Emergency Service. Over the course of a week, power has been restored to 4,400 families in 23 settlements of the Dnipropetrovsk region, completely or partially de-energized due to hostilities. About 70 of these homes had electricity restored to them yesterday.

Since the beginning of a full-scale war with rf, energy workers have restored electricity to more than 701,000 households. Some homes required restoration of electricity on multiple occasions due to frequent enemy attacks. There are currently no power outages, caused by hostilities, in the region.

Let us remind that emergency power cutoffs are currently taking place in the Donetsk region in accordance with NPC Ukrenergo order. This is required to balance the energy system and avoid emergencies on equipment. The schedules of stabilization shutdowns are no longer valid. Please follow the DTEK Dnipro Grids website for updates.

We ask customers to treat electricity consumption responsibly – switch on energy-consuming appliance in turn and minimize electricity consumption during peak hours from 07.00 to 11.00 and in the evening from 17.00 to 22.00.

DTEK energy workers together with NPC Ukrenergo specialists, other emergency services and state authorities are doing everything possible to stabilize the situation as soon as possible.
