DTEK energy workers restored electricity to 1,800 families in the south of the Dnipropetrovsk region over the course of the day

On March 5, DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews restored electricity to more than 1,800 families in the south of the region, whose homes were left without power supply due to enemy attacks. Despite the threats, specialists continue to repair the grids upon permission of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and SES. Our goal is to provide towns and villages with electricity, required for normal life of region’s residents.

The south of the Dnipropetrovsk region continues to suffer from enemy shelling from the occupied territories that regularly damages grids and leaves residents without electricity. DTEK Dnipro Grids emergency crews repair lines and equipment, damaged by the enemy, and are doing everything possible to restore power supply as soon as possible. The works are conducted immediately after obtaining a permit for repairs from SES and AFU.

Yesterday, DTEK Dnipro Grids specialists restored power to 1,863 families of the region, whose homes were de-energized due to the shelling.

172 homes in one of the settlements in the south of the region remain without electricity. Energy workers are doing everything to energize them as soon as possible.
